Terms of Service
Welcome to our professional framework. These terms outline the expectations and obligations between AquaSteam Deliveries and our commercial clients across Ireland and the UK. Have you ever wondered how we maintain such rigorous standards for 15,000-liter bulk deliveries?
1. Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Our commitment to potable water delivery is bound by fixed timelines. For standard industrial refills, we maintain a 24-hour dispatch protocol. Emergency water solutions are prioritized by our central dispatch, often reaching sites within 4-6 hours depending on specific logistics.
2. Logistics & Access Requirements
Safe delivery is a shared responsibility. Clients must ensure that delivery sites are accessible to heavy-duty water tankers. This includes stable ground surfacing and a minimum clearance of 4 meters. Don't worry, we'll confirm these details during the initial dispatch call.
3. Payment & Bulk Orders
B2B accounts are subject to standard 30-day netting unless otherwise specified in your Master Service Agreement. Large-scale agricultural supply contracts may require a % partial payment to secure seasonal capacity. We don't hide costs in the fine print; everything is upfront.
Liability Limits
We're fully insured for industrial sites. However, AquaSteam Deliveries is not liable for piping defects within the client's infrastructure once the water leaves our discharge valves.
Purity Standards
Every load is tested. Certificates of analysis are available upon request for all potable water refills and purification service contracts.
Cancellations
We understand industry shifts. Standard bulk deliveries can be rescheduled with 12 hours' notice without incurring logistics fees.
